Cooking in Quarantine

Image
I'm sure we have all been cooking up a storm, and I have been as well.  More than I ever have.  I love to cook but I must admit, even for me it's a lot, the dishes are the worst.  I have found some amazing items to keep me healthy and satisfied.  I've been primarily shopping at Trader Joe's, as I enjoy some of their prepared items and it's low prices.   I love the Trader Joe's organic marinara sauce.  I usually make my own sauce but I haven't felt much like it during this time.  It is damn good for store bought, the best I've ever tried.  I just add to some turkey meatballs and the organic broccoli with a salad for an easy meal.   The eggplant parmigiana is to die for!!! Seriously, this is a staple item for those nights when you just want to have a tv dinner.  Just pop it in the oven and let it bake, and it's insanely delicious.  My friend Amanda and I both gushed over how good it is.  Don't wait my friend!...

Living in Gratitude!

As you may already know I have been living my life in Gratitude for quite some time now!  I spoke about it in Eden Magazine a few months ago.  It has literally changed my life!  I am happier, more at peace and more grateful for everything in my life.  After writing that article I knew I wanted to be able to share my passion with you!  I created a FREE mini course Gratitude and Abundance that includes videos, free downloads and a meditation.  It gives you the basic steps to live a life in gratitude.  It's easy and fun to do!  Gratitude is an uplifting frequency that elevates your emotions and your energy! After going through a difficult time in my life, my friend and business mentor helped me with a better gratitude practice.  I'm here to show you the same thing!  https://vibr-vivibrant-brant-vitalvibr-.teachable.com

How to stay productive in quarantine.

Image
I hear so many people say they are bored.  How can you be bored in a time of being able to do what you want, when you want?  I just can't wrap my head around it.  With all of the offerings being made by teachers, schools, artists, singers, yogis, sound baths and meditations. Since day one of quarantine I knew exactly what I needed to do because there were things I wanted to work on that I didn't have enough time for.  This was like a dream come true.  So I started my day like every other work day.  I wake up at 7am and start my miracle morning.  I meditate, write what I am grateful for, journal all the things I want to get out of my head and onto a piece of paper so I have piece of mind.  I walk in nature with the dog and I exercise, practice yoga or just have brekkie. You can start a new project.  I created a free Gratitude to Abundance course.  I wanted to share my gratitude practice with more people and that was the best way ...
