How to boost your immune system!
For years I have had the same health regimen to boost my immune system. The reason why was because I worked in a bar and I would pick up every cold and flu imaginable. A bar is a breeding ground for germs. Sick people always come in wanting soup or wanting to be around people. If you are sick, just stay home and don't spread your germs. Yuck!
I wanted to share my two favorite immune boosters. For the past two years I have taken whole food nutrition. Not just the healthy food I eat, but the daily 33 fruit, veggies, and berries I take a day in a gummy. It is cold pressed in a low heat, it is real food from farms that are picked at the peak of ripeness. Ever since I started these babies, my skin is brighter, my immune system is stronger and it is backed by medical research. I have more energy and I sleep much better too!
Once I became aware of this Corona Virus, I reordered my supply to make sure I had enough to get me through this horrible time. There was no chance I was not going to have enough to support my immune function. If you think you eat enough fruit and veggies even as a vegetarian that maybe true, but adding this to your existing diet will seriously give you so many more benefits! I am very plant based and I love eating fruit and veggies. This helps bridge the gap on those days when perhaps I am not getting enough.
Next, my other immune booster is my Master Tonice, also known as Fire Cider. This is a favorite in the holistic health community. I chop up white onion, garlic, horseradish root, ginger root and jalapeno and add apple cider vinegar to the mix and let it sit for two weeks to ferment. Everyday I shake the container and at the end of the two weeks I strain the liquid. Full of anti-viral, anti-fungal active ingredients. For daily immune support just have 1-2 tablespoons a day.
