I wake up everyday and I listen to my favorite self help gurus, motivational speeches on my dog walk, I get inspired before I go out into the world.  I fill myself up and take care of myself before I take care of other people One thing I have noticed with people right away is their energy.  Your vibe attracts your tribe is so true.
