Review of Ab Wheel Roller Kit!
Vixens, summer is around the corner and I am trying to get ready! I have an at home Ab Wheel Roller kit that I use at home so I don't skip a workout. Yesterday, I walked 6 miles on the beach, and because I had a busy rest of the day, I did an at home workout. Just some easy free weights, biceps, shoulders and tri-ceps.
I bought an Ab Roller set https://amzn.to/2GJGh1z I have to say this is one of my favorite at home workouts for a effective workout. It seems like a pretty simple piece of equipment, but it is an awesome tool to use. Not only do you use your abs, but also your shoulders, hips, and triceps. I do a knee on the ground roller exercise. Just 3 sets of 10 reps a day. A consistent, routine each day to make a dent in my routine. The results happen very quickly! If you have lower back problems, this is not for you!
I know this seems like a old fashioned trend I am reviewing, but it's so effective that I had to include it! Of course, we have to eat right, and do our cardio routine, and when I do regular crunches I just don't get the same results that I do with my Ab Wheel Roller set. I also love the jump rope, and push up bars that come in the set. It's a perfect addition for your at home gym, and so affordable!
